$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners Cascade is seeking a versatile and high-performing individual to support day-to-day and strategic operations across our independent practice, which includes three hospitals and an outpatient imaging clinic. The individual will work closely with RP Cascade leadership, helping to analyze operational data, support process improvements, and assist in the development and implementation of key initiatives that align with the practice’s goals.

This role will be central to ensuring efficient workflow operations, radiologist satisfaction, client relations, and the achievement of broader practice objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to help identify workflow enhancements and operational solutions tailored to the unique needs of a stand-alone practice environment.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in Radiologist Scheduling, inclusive of but not limited to, entry of individual physician availability, communicating outstanding needs to practice, ensure accuracy of scheduling system, communication of weekly shift responsibilities to team, communication of site-specific coverage to key stakeholders, identifying and resolving potential problems before they arise and solving scheduling problems if they arise)
  • Support scheduling optimization efforts, including staffing analysis and workload distribution
  • Assist with licensing and credentialing efforts as required
  • Assist in preparation of monthly payroll
  • Assist in the management of clinical quality management programs, including OPPE / FPPE reporting
  • Assist in the management of team meetings, inclusive of but not limited to, preparation of meeting agenda, meeting minutes, and follow up team newsletter
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Facilitate radiologist support for escalated studies and worklists
  • Assist with and coordinate special projects and tasks as requested by RP Cascade team leadership
  • Develop strong, positive relationships that support the success of the RP Cascade team initiatives

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, ideally w/focus on operations and process improvement
  • Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfort dealing with ambiguity
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, with capacity to track information and conversations across a variety of mechanisms (email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Creative problem-solving skills with an ability to overcome obstacle.
  • Ability to communicate with, work effectively with and present to key constituents including senior management
  • Quick learner who is not in need of step-by-step instructions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prior experience in healthcare and/or radiology is a plus

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $60K-$65K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
