What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop key departmental metrics and reporting
- Analyze information to provide routine and ad hoc reporting in support of Sales
- Conduct root cause analyses and translate business objectives into actionable reporting
- Design and execute complex data queries to evaluate process improvements
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for core Sales System, assisting users and reporting system bugs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required (experience can be substituted for education)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with and analyzing sales, customer service, or healthcare data
- At least 4-6 years of data analysis experience required
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using MS Power BI or other business intelligence software
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data interpretation and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
