AWS Business & Product Operations is in need of a creative, dynamic and results driven to help us private programs and private pricing. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in and supporting both internal and external customers.

Process daily invoicing requests on behalf of the business, including purchase orders, invoicing, and customer support. Retrieve and analyze data using dashboards, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems. Review data entry performed by other analysts, provide data management, and perform funding validations. Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements. Represent team in cross-team initiatives which involves supporting requirements gathering phase through project launch. Interpret and uphold funding program policies, terms, and conditions in daily operations. Perform as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with KPIs and SLAs

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
