Job summary

Parametric is seeking an Operations Analyst to help set up new client portfolios within the firm's accounting system and to support onboarding activities in Seattle. You will interact with client service, trading, portfolio management, and other teams, handling high-volume daily interactions while maintaining meticulous data quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Strong communication, time management, and independent work habits are essential, with a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, preferably in economics, finance, or marketing; work experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• Experienced in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and self-manage high volumes of data with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills
