Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a data analytics support role in Omaha to collect, clean, and analyze operational and customer data for timely insights. You will assist with reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis under supervision, helping monitor performance and identify trends.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM with internship or coursework in data analysis, Excel, SQL, or BI tools is preferred.

Target Range

Axos Clearing LLC Target Range: $20.00/Hr. - $23.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 0% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Support the Bank's data and analytics function by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational and customer-related data to produce accurate, timely insights for business and compliance stakeholders. Assist with reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that help monitor performance, identify trends, and strengthen data-driven decision making. Work under the guidance of senior analysts to ensure data quality, documentation, and reporting standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned analytical work in a manner consistent with policies, data handling standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and follow established reporting and documentation practices.
• Extract, validate, and organize data from Bank systems, reports, and files.
• Assist with monitoring data quality, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting data sources and assumptions.
• Conduct analysis of transactional, operational, and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process or reporting improvement.
• Prepare summaries, tables, and visualizations that support management and business unit reviews.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of recurring reports and dashboards.
• Support ad hoc requests from business units, and help document methodologies so analyses can be repeated and audited.

Education & Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM Experience within internship, coursework or project experience in data analysis, reporting, Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools preferred
