Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking an Operations Analyst with experience in Custody Operations and SWP to support back-office banking and investment operations, including account maintenance, transfers, and reporting. The role is based in Minneapolis/Milwaukee/Chicago and is a 1+ year contract.

You will handle day-to-day custody activities, update client data, process cash and stock transfers, generate reports with BusinessObjects, and coordinate with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years of Custody/Investment Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with SWP and capital markets knowledge.
• Experience with cash/stock transfers and static data in custody ops.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day custody operations activities using SWP.
• Update client/account information such as address, DOB, fees, and statement details.
• Process cash and stock transfers based on client instructions.
• Handle cash disbursements, dividends, and interest payments.
• Review and post cash receipts from clients and counterparties.
• Research client and portfolio-level information in SWP.
• Generate and review BOXI/BusinessObjects reports.
• Coordinate with internal operations and processing teams.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and data privacy.
• Complete multiple tasks within strict operational deadlines.
