Job summary

The Cardinal Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to plan and execute project-management tasks with a focus on reporting portfolio-wide metrics, quality control, and managing operational tools and procedures.

You will collaborate with data, IT and training teams to improve the business intelligence platform, and you will help manage company-wide reporting including AR and product penetration, while analyzing trends to maximize revenue across portfolios.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in finance, operations, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Directly support the Operations teams in reporting, quality control and process delivery.
  • Collaborate with systems, IT and data teams on projects in data and BI systems.
  • Collaborate with learning and development to improve data literacy training.
  • Manage production of company-wide reporting such as Accounts Receivable and portfolio metrics.
  • Analyze portfolio metrics to identify trends and maximize revenue across the portfolio.
  • Provide quality-control to ensure compliance with schedules and best practices.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Work with other groups to maintain data integrity and participate in Cardinal U training.

COMPENSATION:

Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.

SUMMARY

The Operations Analyst will be tasked with planning and executing project management related functions with a specific focus on reporting of portfolio-wide metrics, portfolio-wide quality control and compliance, management of operational tools, resources and procedures, participation in the development of Cardinal’s business intelligence platform, and a general support Cardinal Group’s managed portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
  • Directly support the Cardinal Group Operations teams in the areas outlined above in the Summary.
  • Collaborate directly with the systems, IT and data teams to provide operational input for any relevant projects in our data and business intelligence systems.
  • Collaborate with the learning and development team to improve the delivery of new training content in the areas of data literacy and functional use of our business intelligence systems and data platforms.
  • Manage the production of company-wide reporting, including (but not limited to) Accounts Receivable, Portfolio Performance Metrics, community attributes, and Cardinal Companies’ product penetration.
  • Analyze portfolio metrics to discover operating trends across the portfolio, with a focus on maximizing revenue from all existing and future revenue streams at Cardinal Group Companies.
  • Provide quality-control functions to ensure compliance with Cardinal Group’s operational schedules or best practices as it relates to turnover, annual planning, and other areas to be assigned.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Vice President, Management Services.
  • Work in concert with other Cardinal Group Companies with a focus on overall data integrity
  • Participate in Cardinal U training as required and champion the Cardinal Culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in finance, operations, and systems

Routine local travel is required to attend training classes, client visits, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Overnight travel required to attend company functions, training, property visits, and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
