Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team and support our government customer at NSWC Crane. This on-site position requires the selected candidate to work on base five days per week.

Key responsibilities include assessing large data sets for meaningful insights, monitoring CASREPs, and assisting with fleet assessments and scheduling. A Bachelor's degree, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Project and Power BI.
• Navy experience or CAMP/PMP a plus.

• Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion.
• Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests.
• Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments.
• Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings.
• Review documents for proper formatting.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Prior Navy experience is a plus.
• CAMP or PMP is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree or higher.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
