What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Assist in root cause analysis for reconciliation process or transactional data issues
- Identify basic out-of-reconciliation issues and support resolution efforts with experienced analysts
- Finalize internal forms and paperwork for issues, tracking status through resolution
- Maintain a history of financial reporting for accessibility to senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including advanced features
- Understanding of financial audit rules and bookkeeping processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field
- Typically a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation within the financial industry
- International qualifications such as London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
