Responsibilities

• Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology and build relationships with local growers.
• Make seed, fertilizer and chemical recommendations.
• Use integrated pest management techniques to determine treatment thresholds.
• Work with the Agronomy leaders to identify practices that can be implemented to improve processes and outcomes.
• Promote the features and benefits of all agronomy products and services, assist with over-the-counter sales, and assist with product delivery to customers.
• Perform logistics and agronomy plant operations.
• Utilize invoicing and inventory management systems.
• Assist in inventory management procedures.
• Maintain equipment and facility.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform agronomy operations, logistics and including assisting in the warehouse.
• Work in and keep an environment that is compliant with state, local and ACI Environmental and Safety policy.
• Custom Application if qualified and/or if the need arises.
• Assist other departments as needed;
