Job summary

Southwest Airlines Co. in Kansas City is seeking an Operations Agent to help flights take off safely and on time.

As part of Ground Operations at MCI, you will assist Customers boarding, verify flight weight and balance, and liaise with airport teams to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

Pay & Benefits

Pay of $21.01 per hour*, with the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale based on time in position. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.
