Ultipro is seeking an Operations Administrator in Arkansas to support daily operations, service coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on intake, assessments, onboarding, documentation, and on-call support to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
Responsibilities include monitoring documentation, assisting with billing and regulatory submissions, and coordinating across teams to maintain exceptional service delivery and organizational efficiency.

The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations, service coordination, and compliance efforts of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Managing Intake and Assessments
Training and Staff Development
Operational Oversight and Documentation Management
Caseload and Program Support

Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Ability to perform tasks efficiently. Able to type and use computers efficiently. Able to operate various office equipment such as copiers, multi-line phone system, and fax machine.
Interpersonal Skills: Must be able tosuccessfullyinteract and communicate with all levels of staff, clients, and customers in an effective manner exhibiting tact, enthusiasm, and patience. Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to take ownership of job responsibilities. Must have strong organizational skills.
Essential Physical Requirements: Requires full range of body motion includingsitting, standing,handling, and lifting, manual and finger dexterity, and hand-eye coordination. Able to lift and carryitemsup to 25 pounds.
