Brice Environmental Services Corporation is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join the Anchorage office on-site. You will support administrative, accounting, and receptionist duties across multiple Brice 8(a) companies, handling travel policy administration and expense processing while ensuring efficient office operations in a dynamic environment.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of professional office experience, strong Excel skills, and a reliable, detail-focused work ethic.

As the Operations Administrative Assistant, you will work on-site in Anchorage and support various technical and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations for multiple Brice 8(a) companies. Personal initiative and critical thinking skills are essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance. Assignments are deadline driven so you must be able to set priorities, take ownership of projects, work efficiently and provide a consistent level of high-quality work in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi-business environment.

Brice Environmental Services has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes, and occasional overtime for immediate support may be necessary.

Paid time off is based on an employee working 2080 regular hours per year [40 hours per week]. May increase per years of service with the Company in eligible status. 0-2 years 15 days 3-5 years 23 days 6-9 years 27 days 10-14 years 30 days 15-19 years 33 days 20 or more years 37.5 days 10 Regular Holidays, 1 Bonus – Work Anniversary “Floating” Holiday. Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.
401(K) match at $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% of your contribution.
