Operations 4 - Production - Tech Lead

Objective of Job

• Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production in coordination with the disciplinary manager.
• Support the supervisor to guarantee the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets.
• Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for the defined area.
• Provide recommendations to Supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.
• Support Company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed.
• Identify quality issues and troubleshoot to resolution with the production team.
• Adjust labor to increase efficiency based on customer demand and inventory.
• Ensure proper communication in pre-shift and end-of-shift, including accurate documentation.
• Ensure hourly production targets are met for the assigned line/area.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing Experience 2-3 years.
• Train the Trainer, Preferred.

This position is for day shift and graveyard shift, pay range: $33.75 - $35.75
