Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for hourly manufacturing staff.
• Ability to develop and update SOPs, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Experience aligning training with safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for onboarding and ongoing associate development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations to align training with business needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure OSHA/quality compliance.
• Report training metrics and drive a culture of continuous learning.
