Position Summary:

The Operational Technician plays a critical role in warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring equipment and warehouse activities operate safely and efficiently.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Load materials into machines and monitor production flow
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee production area organization
• Coordinate daily production schedules and prioritize operational needs
• Inspect, evaluate, and document incoming and outgoing materials
• Label and organize materials with proper identification information
• Manage material inventory and dispose of unusable materials properly
• Communicate with shipping teams regarding pickups and deliveries
• Conduct inventory checks and support operational reporting processes
• Assist receiving department with inspection of incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Minimum Requirements:
