A leading healthcare organization is seeking an Operational Team Manager to oversee their Talking Therapies service. The role involves managing a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and achieving performance targets. Reporting to the Operational Lead, you will serve as the Operational Team Manager for our Talking Therapies service in Derby. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring our clinicians deliver exceptional service and we meet all performance targets.
As the Operational Team Manager, you will lead a team of talented clinicians. This includes managing their performance, supporting their professional development, and upholding clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating staff and resources to drive operational efficiency and achieve service goals.

Working closely with the Operational Lead, you will contribute to system and service planning. Fostering strong collaboration with clinical teams and other departments will be key to maintaining high-quality care. Building and nurturing effective relationships with internal and external partners will also be essential for supporting the service's objectives.
