Responsibilities

Description

Provides daily support and controls to all aspects of the material/inventory group in support of efforts to ensure that inventory transactions and processes are generated, audited and distributed in a timely manner while continuing to follow department procedures. Requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish tasks as defined by position requirements and departmental objectives

• Daily processing of Sticker Stock orders and oversight on Sticker Fulfillment.


• Daily processing of all inventory picks – CRM/Productions


• Daily processing of field replenishment processes - FSRs


• Weekly processing of CA replenishment for Non-Repairable and Repairable items


• Validates information generated on picks and replenishment; notes and escalates any issues that arise.


• Performs high volume of Inter Business Unit Transfers and Receipts; Bin to Bin; MSR transactions.


• Skilled in all Inventory transactions, Inventory Processes, and inquiries


• Recommends process corrective actions. After approval of recommendations, implements and retrains if needed.


• Trains individuals in processing orders, picks, shipments, tracking, etc.


• Develops and Documents detailed departmental training guides for public use.


• Processes both domestic and international shipments and create all required paperwork in FedEx and UPS systems.


• Tracks missing deliveries when needed.


• Transacts all INTERCO shipments.


• Retains detailed audit trail for all transactions listed.


• Key Role in annual Physical Inventory – Ticket control and Reconciliation


• Perform other duties as might be required to meet Materials, Purchasing and other department’s current operating needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Two years related experience and/or training.


• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Must be able to safely use material handling equipment, including but not limited to: forklift, ladders, wrapping equipment, pallet jacks, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cohoes, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
