Job summary

Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services is seeking a Manager, Operational Support to lead Facilities, Tooling, and Ground Support Equipment functions across locations. You will drive readiness, compliance, asset reliability, and cost effectiveness while shaping processes and systems that improve visibility and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities/tooling/maintenance leadership, with experience in ERP, maintenance systems, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in facilities, tooling, or maintenance support.
Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and capital projects.
Proficiency with ERP and maintenance management systems; adept with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction for facilities, tooling, and GSE functions.
Ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and cost effectiveness.
Lead planning, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of tooling, equipment, and facilities.
Drive process standardization, system utilization, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enable maintenance productivity.
