This role leads the operational safety compliance and assurance framework across automotive, trucking, and industrial programs, ensuring standardization and evidence across all programs. You will own incident management end-to-end, drive trend analysis, and maintain safety evidence to support customer assurances and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operational compliance, transportation safety, program management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a safety-critical or regulated environment.
• Proven ownership of compliance programs and building/maintaining the framework.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple programs, sites, or business units.
• Strong root cause analysis capabilities and CAPA closure.
• Proven ability to produce audit-ready documentation and records.
• Excellent written communication with ability to create operator procedures and executive summaries.

Responsabilités

• Establish a unified operational framework across automotive, trucking, and industrial programs, including SOPs and incident taxonomy.
• Own the operational safety ownership map and identify responsibilities and gaps.
• Develop and maintain safety-driven operational procedures with Systems Engineering and PM.
• Represent Operations in change control and deployment readiness reviews.
• Own the operational compliance framework including permits, obligations, audits, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure fleet compliance, inspections, maintenance, and safety-critical parts documentation.
• Own incident management end-to-end from classification to RCA and CAPA.
• Drive cross-program incident and safety trend analysis and disseminate learnings to field teams.
• Define and maintain operational safety evidence and support safety cases for customers.
