Overview

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Operational Risk & Resiliency Analyst to support enterprise risk management initiatives. This role will focus on conducting operational risk and resiliency analyses across business areas—including people, processes, technology, third-party relationships, and data—while building a strong understanding of operational architecture and integration.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, communicates well across teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct operational risk and resiliency analyses, supporting business areas in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Assist with or lead key resiliency activities, including business partner communication and coordination.
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) plan reviews.
  • Annual Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
  • Simulated exercises and incident response planning.
  • Risk assessments in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and documentation of resiliency frameworks and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen organizational preparedness and risk management practices.
  • Compile, interpret, and analyze data (manual and system-based) to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Maintain strong quality assurance and accuracy in data and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operational risk, resiliency, business continuity, or related fields.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RiskConnect or similar risk management platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong adaptability, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology and cybersecurity risk concepts is a plus.
