Responsibilities

• Learn ORM-focused workflows and training.
• Shadow ORM staff, Seniors and Project Leaders.
• Assist in engagement planning and questionnaire development.
• Receive, categorize, and evaluate evidence for effectiveness.
• Contribute to final report conclusions and recommendations.
• Participate in ORM-related events and trainings for interns.
