About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERM Risk Assessment Lead to join our Legal Risk Management team. In this pivotal role, you will conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various domains, including Financial, Operational, Compliance, and Strategic risks. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including product teams, you will ensure that risk assessments align with business objectives and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying, analyzing, and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment documentation and procedures.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Generate risk assessment reports, including data analysis and visual presentations.
• Track and manage the execution of risk assessments through internal reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on Operational Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in fintech or technology companies.
• Experience working with product teams and understanding product development processes, particularly in payment products and services.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies or technical programs (e.g., ChatGPT, AI, Model Risk Management, NIST frameworks).
