Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a financial services role with operational risk exposure, audit, or risk management.
• Exposure to financial services, operational risk, audit or risk management a plus.
• Exposure to Wealth Management a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk analysis and management and/or understanding regulations is preferred.
• Analytical and research skills with ability to execute projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Experience building reports and presentations using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support aspects of issue identification, analysis, remediation and monitoring & reporting.
• Analyze potential business risks and gaps in risk management standards.
• Support developing process and controls environment across asset, wealth, and consumer businesses.
• Document controls and identify control gaps through process reviews.
• Collaborate with other units to remediate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop executive reporting and data-driven deliverables with clear content and context.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify thematic trends across lines of defense.
• Collaborate to resolve operational inconsistencies and enhance controls testing.
• Become a subject matter expert in operational risk framework across Wealth Management.
