Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to support governance, incident reporting, and risk-acceptance activities. You will ensure data quality for ORR, MRC, and committee materials while coordinating with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and business units.

The role emphasizes delivering management-ready commentary, data validation, and documentation to support audits, with a hybrid model of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in operational risk or related financial services roles.
• Experience preparing management or committee reporting with trend analysis.
• Proficiency with Archer, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate the monthly incident Golden Source for Operational Risk and Resilience (ORR), MRC, committee and management reporting.
• Review incident records for key reporting fields and mappings.
• Support weekly Incident QA Review routines and stakeholder follow-up.
• Refresh and validate Power BI views and supporting materials used in monthly ORR reporting.
• Prepare incident and risk acceptance commentary for monthly reporting and executive summaries.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for audit and governance review.
