Job summary

You will develop readiness plans, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced financial environment, balancing risk with timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in operations, project coordination, commissioning, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational readiness plans and transition frameworks.
• Coordinate with operations, SRE, and project teams to align deliverables.
• Identify operational risks and dependencies; track mitigation actions.
• Create and validate SOPs, contingency plans, and go-live procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and validate competency readiness.
• Ensure operational documentation is complete and handed over to teams.
• Develop and track readiness KPIs and report to leadership.
• Capture lessons learned to improve the readiness framework.
