What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets while identifying necessary resources and measuring results
- Independently or collaboratively manage program and project assignments, identifying issues, and developing strategies to address them
- Organize and manage all phases of projects to achieve schedule, cost, and performance objectives
- Prepare requests for proposals and facilitate the selection of project services and products
- Communicate project status and produce reports for project sponsors and senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in project management related work (or equivalent experience based on degree)
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree with two (2) years of professional experience in project management related work
- Experience in healthcare project management
- Familiarity with financial planning and quality audit processes
- Proven ability to manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Demonstrated strategic analysis skills for project assessment
