This position is contingent on contract award.

We are seeking an experienced Operational Planner to develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive operational plans that ensure effective mission execution across various environments. The role involves assessing strategic objectives, analyzing operational capabilities, and collaborating across branches to optimize resources and improve mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review strategies, policies, directives, and instructions, making recommendations to ensure compliance and effective planning.
  • Develop plans and orders using operational art and design within project milestones and interaction points.
  • Prepare briefings, transition concepts to execution, and coordinate joint operational planning for training, exercises, combat, and contingency operations.
  • Integrate cyberspace capabilities into planning processes for deliberate, contingency, and crisis response scenarios.
  • Support amphibious planning operations as needed.

This role may require additional duties beyond those listed.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in operational planning.
  • Recognized as an industry leader in the relevant field.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is primarily in an office environment.
  • Sitting, standing, climbing stairs for extended periods may be required.
  • Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs may be necessary.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances.

Pay range is based on various factors and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and market data.

Salary: Min $161,000 - Max $200,000
