Compiles data into reports trending information to be used in communicating with clinical areas to insure internal controls are compliant. Provides training and education to staff on internal controls.This position requires at least two years nursing experience in a hospital setting. Prefer at least one year of auditing experience. Must be detailed oriented with clear communication about internal controls for operations. Ability to see the whole work flow and tie internal controls to patient safety and risk. Near visual acuity is necessary to proofread documents and operate personal computers. Mathematical aptitude and accuracy required.Must be able to communicate orally and in writing. Must have manual dexterity to operate computer. Ability to move and sit for long periods of time. Moderate physical activity, to include ability to lift 15 pounds. Speaking and hearing are necessary to converse both in person and via telephone.
