CentralCare Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the BOMC team at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. This full-time role supports military readiness by delivering comprehensive clinical care in accordance with DoD and Air Force medical policies.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $68.00 with health benefits, generous PTO, sick leave, federal holidays, and a 401(k) plan. On-site work at the BOMC with opportunities to contribute to medical readiness initiatives.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
• Current, full, active, unrestricted NP license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Mental Health Assessments (MHA), Deployment-Related Health Assessments (DRHA 1–5), and Separation History & Physical Exams (SHPE).
• Provide a full range of Nurse Practitioner services for routine, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe and dispense medications within approved guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Promote preventive care, annual physicals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation in MHS Genesis and ASIMS.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medical readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, and medical facility policies and standards.
