Job summary

NAMRU-SA invites applications for a 12-month, full-time research fellowship in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will participate in pre-clinical research focused on hemorrhagic shock, collaborate with a PI and mentor, and contribute to data collection, analyses, and dissemination of findings.

Stipends are provided with potential relocation and travel allowances; health insurance options may be available through the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis for pre-clinical research on hemorrhagic shock and advanced therapies.
• Collaborate with PI/project lead and NAMRU-SA staff to implement and post-procedural analyses.
• Prepare data and contribute to reports, presentations, or journal articles.
• Help develop and implement standard operating procedures for the lab.
• Present experimental findings at conferences or military/scientific venues.
