Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• 1–3+ years in operational excellence or process-improvement roles.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (QMS, EMS, FDA).
• Creates and implements lean processes in a cellular environment.
• Develops standard work and process instructions.
• Analyzes workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leads Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Maps processes and documents standard work.
• Develops KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Tracks project savings and ROI.
