Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in engineering/manufacturing and leading improvement projects.
• Proven ability to apply Lean/CI concepts and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement projects with production teams.
• Identify cost, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Monitor operations and analyze output/labor efficiency.
• Develop best-practice manufacturing processes and layouts.
