Your Role: Operational Excellence Manager
The Operational Excellence Manager will provide coaching and leadership for the implementation of Operational Excellence (OpEx) principles at the Clinton Labs and Terre Haute sites. This role will be responsible for completing the necessary training, annual OpEx agenda (including annual cost savings plan and lean maturity assessment) engraining the concepts of OpEx philosophy into the organization, training appropriate individuals in OpEx concepts, partnering with leaders at the sites to continuously improve the OpEx culture. The OpEx role is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges that are common to manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities:
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience of 5+ years in manufacturing or manufacturing support
Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operational excellence, with experience in coaching, problem solving, and driving change
