Bombardier is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead Lean initiatives across US Aerostructures. You will drive Operational Excellence, design improvements, and coach teams to sustain performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5–10 years of manufacturing experience with strong Lean expertise, the ability to develop real-time scorecards, and a collaborative leadership style suitable for cross-functional work centers.

Qualificações

• Hold a degree or diploma in Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience (asset).
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong change-management and coaching skills.
• Ability to develop real-time reporting and performance scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams deployingOperational Excellence (OE).
• Develop transformational plans aligning with OE objectives and strategies.
• Drive change activities by diagnosing current state and coaching teams.
• Conduct diagnostics to develop solutions and knowledge transfer.
• Design Lean-based improvements with key stakeholders.
• Support local teams in implementing tactical improvements and training.
• Provide Lean training and coaching to promote value-added processes.
• Influence change management and employee engagement across OE.
