Job summary

Glass House Brands Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Continuous Improvement to build and lead the CI function across cultivation, post-harvest, and packaging.

You will establish standards, routines, and verification systems to drive consistent performance, reporting to the VP of Operations. The role owns the layered process audits, standard work, and leader routines, and will shape the CI program from the ground up, with scope evolving as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, agriculture, life sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in operations, manufacturing, or agricultural production, including at least 3 years leading continuous improvement work.
• Experience building an improvement program from the ground up.
• Lean Six Sigma background or equivalent production system applied in live production.
• Strong analytical skills to establish baselines and validate results.

Responsibilities

• Own the layered process audit program and development of standard work.
• Lead leader routines that verify performance during the shift and manage an improvement project portfolio.
• Build the continuous improvement function from the ground up, defining methodology and team structure.
• Travel between Camarillo and Carpinteria sites and operate in greenhouse/post-harvest environments.
