Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, seeks a Full Time Operational Excellence Admin for the Administrative Office in Fairfax, Virginia.

The role leads PQE projects across multiple sites, coaches iKnowMed usage, and drives standardized processes to improve throughput and efficiency while supporting change across the practice. Expect travel related to site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of experience in healthcare operations; oncology preferred, or project management.
• Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee improvement teams across multiple sites to drive PQE projects that improve patient throughput, capacity, utilization and staff efficiency.
• Provide super user support for iKnowMed applications.
• Identify and propagate standardized processes across sites within Practice.
• Act as a change agent/coach to instill and sustain PQE changes.
• Cross-train iKnowMed system users with process execution.
• Facilitate the Practice QA/Steering Committee activities.
• Implement process improvement recommendations and monitor performance in key metrics.
