Job summary

CVS Health offers a 10-week, in-person OpEx Internship at a CVS Distribution Center in Indianapolis. You will join an on-site engineering-focused team, apply Lean methods, and contribute to improving safety, quality and delivery while gaining hands-on supply chain experience.

The program runs May 31–August 6, 2026, with onsite onboarding May 24–28. You’ll work on real projects, network with professionals, and may qualify for a future full-time role.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Anticipated graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Majors related to the position: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Use data to guide decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Enhance safety, quality, and delivery performance.
• Assist in managing labor and warehouse systems.
• Lead change initiatives across the distribution network.
