Swisslog Healthcare in the United States is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to lead Lean/Six Sigma process optimization across quality, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. The role focuses on waste reduction, SOP establishment, and cross-functional standardization to boost product technology and operational performance.

We value a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Manufacturing/Engineering with 3–5 years’ experience, or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma training for non-degreed candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline with 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Non-degreed candidates may qualify if they have formal Lean/Six Sigma training with 2 years counted for 1 year of degreed experience.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Kaizen and data analysis/visualization tools (Python, Minitab, Power BI).
• Experience with RCCA, SPC, and ISO management systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma deployments to reduce waste and improve delivery.
• Sustain product lines and manufacturing operations by analyzing failures and implementing SOPs.
• Assist in ISO readiness, gap analyses, and auditing readiness across manufacturing and quality workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Develop KPI dashboards, value stream maps, and process flow models to drive productivity.
• Support quality system implementations and alignment with subcontractors.
• Prepare statements of work and project charters to track performance improvements.
