Job summary

Callaway Golf Company is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Engineer to lead value stream optimization across manufacturing and supply chain. You will develop Process Flow Diagrams, Value Stream Maps, and Kaizen events to drive waste reduction and productivity gains.

Responsibilities include applying DMAIC, SPC/SQC, and lean principles, partnering with IT to enhance system capabilities, and preparing formal qualification protocols.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Systems or Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years in related duties.
• Lean knowledge and certification is desirable.
• Project management experience is desirable; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes by generating Process Flow Diagrams and Value Stream Maps to benchmark performance.
• Lead Kaizen events and establish Kanban and standardized work to improve throughput.
• Apply DMAIC, SPC and SQC methods to quantify improvements and monitor control.
• Collaborate with IT to define external requirements to enhance processes and system capabilities.
• Plan and manage projects with defined KPIs and reporting to leadership.
