Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement and factory control management.
• Green Belt certification and knowledge of CI methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• ISO Class cleanroom documentation knowledge and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CI programs for a 150 mm TELN wafer line.
