Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operational excellence or business transformation.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to read P&Ls and balance sheets.
• Proven coaching and partner-like approach to client growth.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience implementing operational models and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one coaching with business owners to uncover operational gaps.
• Guide financial decision-making and develop action plans to drive growth.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with specialists to provide holistic client support.
• Help clients adopt CertainPath’s operational model using data insights.
• Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring accountability and measurable results.
• Share field insights to continuously enhance coaching approaches.
