Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address operational issues.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or another related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations support and/or data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Arts/Sciences in Business Administration, Operations Management, or another related field.
• Five or more years of experience in an operations support role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar complex environment.
