About the Role:

The DMO Reporting Manager is responsible for deployment and integration of a set of rules, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards for managing the bank's internal enterprise reporting. This position oversees the implementation of the enterprise-wide operational reporting strategy, including planning, design, installation, maintenance, and coordination of resources and reports (including BI reporting and advanced data analytics).

  • Work with operational groups on requirements for reporting frameworks that support and enhance operational processes.
  • Assist the Enterprise Data Services team in the development of operational data stores.
  • Develop an operational reporting delivery strategy, including reporting solutions, production data sources, and processes.
  • Provide direction and lead the Enterprise Reporting Department. Adhere to the enterprise reporting principles, policies, processes, standards, and deliverables throughout the enterprise. Develop and continually improve reporting methods and systems.
  • Ensure accurate communication of data quality and reporting communications. Ensure reports are documented and provided accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee functionality and availability of all reporting solutions and related components.
  • Manage processes within the Enterprise Reporting group, including development lifecycle functions, report scheduling and delivery, recurring reporting, quality assurance testing, etc.
  • Strive to achieve maximum uptime and reliability of reporting systems and data while meeting the required service levels.
  • Ensure appropriate maintenance contract coverage for all required software. Establish schedules for reporting hardware/software refreshes and upgrades.
About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or other data-related field; or at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Expert-level SQL and/or Python programming experience.
  • 7-10 years of in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • 4-7 years of experience managing staff, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent management skills, including analytical and problem-solving abilities, accountability for multiple tasks, collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to understand, communicate, and solve complex business and technical issues.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop report writing staff and to supplement their skill set.
  • Ability to translate organizational vision into actionable, quantitative plans.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented individual with proven relationship-building skills with technical and business resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with master data management, data dictionary, data analytics, and data profiling.
  • Familiarity with financial business operations, operating systems, and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with enterprise reporting principles.
  • Minimum one full implementation of an enterprise reporting initiative.
Job Location:

Ability to work fully onsite at posted locations.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000, with the actual salary dependent on experience, skills, education, and location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which will be discussed during recruitment.
