Job summary

Pueo Business Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Common Operating Picture and Battle Tracking Manager to support the Commander and staff. You will oversee COP systems, integrate sensor data, and ensure battlespace situational awareness across US and coalition networks.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, expertise in GCCS FoS, MCS COP, and J2/J6 processes, and the ability to coordinate with national and coalition partners. Travel to partner nations may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GCCS experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Expert knowledge of Joint Operations and Joint C2 systems.
• Expert knowledge of cross-domain solutions and tactical data links (TDLs).
• Ability to present to senior U.S. and Coalition defense personnel.
• Willingness to travel to partner countries for C2 engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support TSOC Commander’s real-time decision making by ensuring COP accuracy and optimization for C2 in dynamic environments.
• Manage COP across US and Coalition networks, ensure FORDISC compliance for coalition data.
• Implement and operate COP architectures to support exercises and real-world operations.
• Coordinate data link interfaces and ensure COP and Battle Tracking systems are ready for conferences and trainings.
• Draft COAs for COP procedures, policy, and doctrine in coordination with SOCNORTH staff.
• Collaborate with MMC at ASMDC to assign SOCNORTH BFT devices to the USNORTHCOM BFT group.
• Provide quarterly planning reviews and recommendations for SOCNORTH JOC activities.
• Ensure COP tools and portals are functional for J3 and JOC personnel during events.
