Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Material (BOMs) and issue RFQs to approved suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, delivery, lead times, and terms.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP with proper approvals.
• Track and expedite purchase orders to maintain project schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and supply issues.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
