Job summary

JSX is seeking an Operations Services Concierge to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and maintain aircraft cabins between flights. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a high level of customer service as part of JSX’s ground experience at the airport.

You will work with flight crews and downline stations to ensure on-time departures and arrivals, while also assisting guests and guiding vehicles to and from the aircraft in a secure, courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload baggage, mail and cargo and marshal aircraft to/from gates.
• Assist in cleaning lounges and cabins and stock supplies for inbound/outbound flights.
• Safely operate ramp equipment and tow planes as directed.
• Direct aircraft and maintain safety at all times on the ramp.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to guest needs promptly.

Job Description:Job Summary:JSX does not just move passengers from point A to point B, our customers get where they want to be effortlessly, and refreshed. Operations Services Concierge's(OSC) are responsible for marshalling aircraft in and out of the gate, loading, unloading and sorting freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals. OSC's may also be responsible for servicing aircraft lavatories, cleaning aircraft, restocking items, deicing and other duties as delegated. The OSC team owns the ground experience at the airport, including valet, luggage assistance, & plane-side service.
