Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA seeks an OR Unit Coordinator to oversee nursing care in the operating room. This full-time, day-shift role requires a BSN, VA RN license, and BLS, with 18 months of RN experience and preference for 2 years in the OR.

Overview

Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.
