Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a qualified nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced operating room setting across trauma, orthopedic, plastics, and reconstructive surgery specialties. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and promote safety and regulatory compliance.

Nursing licensure is mandatory; a nursing diploma/associate's degree is required, with a Bachelor’s preferred and less than two years

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma/associate’s degree required.
• RN licensure mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred and <2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Promotes safety, regulatory compliance, and professional development; communicates care plans across teams.
