Temple University Health System is seeking an Operating Room Technician for its Women and Families unit. This position involves preparing the operating room and ensuring the highest standards of aseptic techniques during surgical procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma, relevant training, and certification as a Surgical Tech.

Scrubs for surgical procedures and prepares the surgical field based upon the specific procedure and surgeon's preference. Performs duties adhering to stringent standards of aseptic techniques and in accordance with Operating Room and hospital policies and procedures. 'Certification requirement is only for those individuals hired after December 29, 2020'
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Other : Operating Room Technician training program that includes on-the-job training. (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
1 Year experience in an operating room. (Preferred)
License/Certifications
CORT - Cert Operating Room Tech (Required) or CST - Cert Surgical Tech (Required)
